SUGR Standards
What We Stand For:
RESPECT, HARMONY, and EQUALITY are the pillars upon which we have built our alliance and will govern ourselves. SUGR is not a top-down alliance, but rather, a fraternal order. Our leaders are here to serve, and all our voices will carry the same weight.
Respect:
Everyone has the right to be treated and spoken to with dignity. Disrespect requires an apology. While sarcasm toward foes is expected, outright disrespect and humiliation is not acceptable.
Support:
We endeavor to help each other, and also to respect each other’s time, resources, and individual game needs.
Server 74 Rules of Engagement (RoE)
This is the current ROE Updated: 20 JAN 2026
All ships and bases are valid targets with the following exceptions:
- All ships in mirror space
- All ships in token space
- Survey ships that are UPC and on a non-zero-node, and not in an active TC.
- All ships in an outpost circle during initial countdown and all ships in an armada circle of their alliance, that are not retreating from PvP in the same system.
Definitions
Attack – Any action that directly damages a ship or negatively impacts a ship’s ability to endure combat or move freely. Using the Mantis “sting” on UPC¹ survey ships not located in token systems does not count as an attack.
¹ UPC (Under Protected Cargo) – A ship you would receive no cargo from if destroyed. If you scan a ship and it shows no cargo, it’s UPC.
² OPC – (Over Protected Cargo) – A ship you would receive cargo from if destroyed. If you scan a ship and it shows cargo, it’s OPC.
³ Zero Node – Any material mining node that is occupied by a UPC ship but has no remaining resources to gather
⁴ Token Space – Any system that requires the payment of token / currency / artifact / consumable that is removed from a player’s inventory to enter. This is system specific payment and not ship ability, ie. Borg space, Actian space, lucrative systems, Mirror Universe, etc.
