The next round of the Alliance Tournament (AT) is upon us! We are trying to promote to the next level, and to do that, we need everyone’s help.
Please do your best to take and complete at least one ask each day (the allowed 3 each day would be ideal!).
What Does Participating Do For Me?
Participating in the tournament may seem not worth the time or effort, BUT, there are loads of great benefits hidden away. First, and most exciting, are the primes you can acquire with AT store loot. There are particles available through the store that are otherwise only obtained through the paid store. For example, the Valor Prime Emblems are used for the Discovery Warp Range Enhancement Prime. By completing both levels of that prime research, your Disco will have the range to reach almost all G5 systems.
If you’ve got questions about what things to prioritize unlocking with your AT store loot, reach out to your favorite comm!
Remember, some tasks pay out AT store loot, in addition to points for our team score. The BIG payout, though, comes at the end — the better we do, the more loot we get for shopping in the store!
How Do I Participate?
Each day of the tournament, you’ll get 3 task opportunities. You get to select your own tasks from the available list based on what you’re wanting and able to do.
To select your tasks, go to the Alliance Tab > Click on Alliance Tournament > Click on Alliance Tasks
A list of task tiles will appear. Click on the task you want to complete and confirm to select it. Once you complete your task, go back to collect it to add the points to our overall team score (and claim any added rewards that the task pays out).
What If I Can’t Find a Task?
Each day of the tournament, you’ll get a chest with re-roll opportunities. Re-rolling a task will remove it from the board and replace it with another. Try to reach out in AC before re-rolling, to see if anyone has been looking for the task you’re going to remove. If you’re out of re-rolls, give a shout in AC too – many people have extras and are more than happy to use them for finding a task.
